Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic

My office is taking the following precautions to protect clients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus:

I am fully vaccinated.
Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and hand sanitizer is provided.
If my clients exhibit coronavirus symptoms or are ill, they are prohibited from entering the building.
Commonly touched areas, such as clipboards or pens, are sanitized after each use.
Credit card payment is touchless and done virtually.
Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed frequently.
My clients sign a “Consent for In-Person Services,” which includes safeguards that must be taken in order to receive in-person treatment.
My clients agree to let me know immediately if they, or anyone in the home, tests positive for coronavirus, so we can meet via telehealth instead of in-person.
If I test positive for coronavirus, I will notify clients so that you can take appropriate precautions. If I have coronavirus symptoms or exposure, I will not meet for in-person sessions.
