Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic

My office is taking the following precautions to protect clients and help slow the spread of the coronavirus:

  • I am fully vaccinated.

  • Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and hand sanitizer is provided.

  • If my clients exhibit coronavirus symptoms or are ill, they are prohibited from entering the building.

  • Commonly touched areas, such as clipboards or pens, are sanitized after each use.

  • Credit card payment is touchless and done virtually.

  • Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed frequently.

  • My clients sign a “Consent for In-Person Services,” which includes safeguards that must be taken in order to receive in-person treatment.

  • My clients agree to let me know immediately if they, or anyone in the home, tests positive for coronavirus, so we can meet via telehealth instead of in-person.

  • If I test positive for coronavirus, I will notify clients so that you can take appropriate precautions. If I have coronavirus symptoms or exposure, I will cancel in-person sessions and use telehealth or reschedule.
